Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.

Delivery times vary based on the location:

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days

Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

During peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Non-Delivery & Address Issues

Ensure your shipping details are correct. Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned.

If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer's unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof for assistance.
