Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations only.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your product.
How to Request an Exchange

2. Approval: Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return the Item: Send the product back in its original condition within the specified time. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Processing Your Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange process will be initiated.
The replacement item will be shipped to you within 7 business days after approval.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Share clear pictures of the item and packaging for verification.
We will replace the item or provide a suitable resolution at no additional cost.
